The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is arranging a US$130 million loan to Sodrugestvo Group (SG), an international agro-industrial conglomerate incorporated in Luxemburg and active throughout the EBRD regions, to boost cross-border cooperation and benefit local farmers, sourcing, transportation, processing and distribution of animal feed products. Support for existing clients is part of the EBRD’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.

LUXEMBOURG, ISTANBUL, IZMIR, December 20, 2018 – Yakamoz Yag Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi, a legal entity of Sodrugestvo Group, has closed on a purchase of the production assets with Altinyag Kombinalari Anonim Sirketi, the owners of the strategically positioned multi-seeds crushing plant in Izmir, Turkey. The new entity, will allow Sodrugestvo to considerably improve service to its customers in Turkey and MENA.

Net Revenues Increase Significantly in Year-over-year Comparison

KALININGRAD, Russia and NEW YORK, October 20, 2010 – Leading Russia-based agro-industrial company Sodrugestvo Group reported a strong increase in net profit in its 2010 fiscal year ending June 30, 2010. The company reported $32 million in net profit on revenues of $857 million compared to $3 million in net profit on revenues of $845 million the year prior.
