The plant is based on modern high-tech equipment with fully automated production processes.
Food-grade white flake is supplied to the plant for processing from a special technological line located in Crushing Plant 1.
THE PLANT CAN PROCESS

The technology used makes it possible to not only preserve the natural properties and solubility of soy protein to the maximum extent possible, but also regulate the protein solubility depending on its further use.
The white flake processing plant comprises:
- A receiving bunker for temporary storage of white flake
- A crushing section, including flaking machines for white flake milling, a sifting and aspiration system
- A packing section including an automated line for packing products into 20-50 kg bags and placing packed bags on pallets, as well as a line for packing products into 1,000 kg “big bags”
