  • Pozdeevka Agro Logistics Centre (Russia, Amur Region)

    In June 2013, Sodrugestvo became the owner of this asset located in the Amur Region. It is a former cereal receiving station situated in the Pozdeevka Settlement of the Romensky District.

    THE PROJECT TRANSHIPMENT CAPACITY will equal 200,000 TONneS PER YEAR

    The 9-hectare plot has direct access to the Trans-Siberian Railway and from a logistics point of view is conveniently located in terms of regional agricultural production.

    It is proposed to reconstruct the station and implement the concept of the agro logistics centre at this site during a two-year period. The essence of the concept is that the territory will accommodate modern facilities of agro logistics infrastructure, including:

    • A laboratory
    • High-speed automated acceptance
    • Grain cleaning and drying facilities
    • Storage facilities
    • Powerful railway infrastructure
    • Warehouses for sale of mineral fertilisers and crop protecting agents

     The centre is to be commissioned in September 2014.
